Double/Shared Occupancy: this means you and an additional person will share the same space, including the bathroom & shower facility. Each person will have their own single bed, and linens + all inclusions. *Reminder each person needs to register individually. Prices are Per Person.
Air Transportation & Ground Transportation is not included. We have a car service that we can refer and assist with set up for an additional amount. Tulum is approx. a 90 min drive from the Cancun International airport. Tulum airport is approx. 45-50 minutes. We recommend securing your car service reservation on-line. By doing this, will ensure that you will be in direct contact with your driver upon landing. Drivers usually stand right outside the exit from customs door way with a sign that has your name listed.

What to pack?
Well, you did it! You registered, that was the hard part. What to pack is easy! Below we created a color board for recommend color theme. It is completely optional, but it’s a nice way for everyone to have some symmetry, not to mention earth tones are very easy to match. In addition to clothing don’t forget:

Payment Details/Cancellation Policy & Terms
This retreat is all-inclusive, 4 night 5 days, from May 15th, 3p to May 19th, 10a, deposits are non-refundable after October 1, 2024. Before October 1st, if you wish to cancel you will receive100% refund. Additional payments i.e payments 2-4,are non- refundable 180 days prior to the retreat, (October 26, 2024) Refund requests must be submitted via email: admin@beanwellnessretreats.com, by September 30, 11:59p. Full amount will be returned, less credit card (6.5% + $0.50 transaction fee) and wire transfer fees ($55). We offer a generous payment plan. If the participant chooses to utilize our payment plan the final, payment must be made on or before March 15, 2025 no exceptions. The participant understands if they do not complete their final payment by March 15, 2025 that they forfeit their previous payments and reserved spot at the retreat. There are no exceptions. Retreat participants wishing to pass their payment credits on to another participant to take their spot, can be done by emailing: admin@beanwellnessretreats.com. All payments and credits are non-transferable to a different retreat or product, they are however transferable to another participant.
50% refund (of the total additional payments), Less credit card and/or wire transfer fees & initial deposit amount, if a written cancelation is provided by the participant at least 90 days (February 14, 2025) prior to the retreat date: May 15, 2025.
Refund: Per our cancellation policy, it can take up to 15 banking days to receive refunds, minus the 6.5% credit card fee & $0.50 transaction fee charged by the credit card processor. Payments made via PayPal or via wire transfer can take longer, PayPal Refunds are minus the 6% fee + 0.45 transaction fee. Wire transfer refunds are minus, $55 wire transfer fee to wire funds back to the participant.
Payment- payments can be made both through the website & through bank transfer/wire for international participants outside of the USA. All payments must be made in US dollars.
Exceptional modification for COVID-19 Due to the current 2021 situation of pandemic moving into 2022, if and only if, the frontiers are closed for the date of the event, in that case, rescheduling of the retreat will allow the full amount already paid to be reused at a future retreat, within 12 months. Although we will try our best to keep everything the same, note the price of the future retreats could increase due to dates chosen or practitioner availability. *Note, there are currently no COVID-19 exclusions currently.
The above COVID-19 protocol will be in effect for any Pandemic moving forward. Information is subject to update and change.
This is an all inclusive retreat. The retreat participant does not have to participate in the entire itinerary/activities if they choose. No refunds will be given if any event that the participant chooses to miss, i.e. event, class, scheduled meal, or sessions. No exceptions. All inclusive means everything listed under the inclusions category + private chef prepared meals.
Single/Individual Occupancy: this means that you have a private suite, including a king size bed, comfortable linens, and full bathroom.
Double/Shared Occupancy: this mean you and 1 additional person will have your own individual single bed, but will share the same space, including the bathroom & shower facility
Any items needed/wanted by the retreat participant outside of the specified itinerary & above description in the responsibility of the participant(s).
Bean, Inc. and any of it’s affiliates including, but not limited to third party healers and practitioners, are not responsible for any lost of stolen items. Each retreat participant will be given their own separate key or lock code, it is their responsibility to keep their items locked away.
Additional guests are not permitted. Bean, Inc. retreats are customized and tailored for the specific group. We limit our numbers because that gives us the ability to curate a personalized experience.
By signing up for this retreat, you understand that this is an wellness activity, meditation, movement, energy inspired retreat. It is not mandatory to participate in any events listed on the Itinerary. Itineraries can change without notice. You are in a safe and healing space, any participant that feels uncomfortable with participating in any of the schedule events has the right to not participate. It is important to read and understand the inclusions & descriptions before signing up.
By signing up for this retreat, you understand that you must already be in good physical and mental health. This retreat is taken place outside of the United States boarders, it is your responsibility as a participant to clear with your licensed medical physician practitioner before attending if you feel this is necessary and/or have a previous and/or on-going health concern. For additional safety, if you feel the need we recommend purchasing your own travel health insurance.
Media: retreat participants understand that it’s possible there will be a media & film team onsite and during events and group sessions.
All of our healers, fitness experts, culinary team etc. are professional and are certified and/or licensed (if applicable) in their own prospective states and/or countries. Based on the guideline of their prospection state, city, and/or country.
**AS OF JUNE 2022 COVID testing is NO LONGER needed to enter into USA. Please note that the CDC could reinstate this guideline at anytime. COVID Testing: As of Jan 26th, 2021 the United States requires all persons entering the USA from another country to provide a negative Covid test and/or doctors note if you previously had Covid and completed your quarantine before arriving to Mexico. We have access to a private MD that will visit the villa to administer covid tests if needed.
It is the responsibility of the participant to schedule their covid test with their physician. If the participants wants a covid test administered by a licensed MD in Tulum, this must be set up at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
In the event that a participant tests positive for COVID-19 before arrival & does not have time to conduct their mandatory quarantine specified by the CDC, the participant will not be permitted to attend the retreat. The price of the retreat is not refundable after the 90 day period. Refund details are above.
In the event a participant tests positive for COVID-19, but was recently vaccinated the participant must bring a doctors note stating they are no longer contagious even in the event that they are asymptomatic.
Bean, Inc. is not responsible for any participants that are not permitted to return to the USA. Please be sure you have a valid US passport and any other specified paperwork needed before traveling outside of the USA or any other county. Please check the expiration date of the passport. IF your passport is set to expire within 3 months of this retreat we would RECOMMEND that you renew your passport early to avoid any issues.
Currently a valid passport & immigration forms, which is usually handed out during your flight, is the only item required to travel into Mexico. (Please check with the CDC & TSA for the most updated information)
Currently a valid passport & assertation form (from the airport), is needed to enter back in the USA. Again, these guidelines are ever evolving, we will continue to motor the requirements.
Tulum Retreats we recommend flying into the Cancun International airport. code CUN, the drive from this airport is approx. 90 minutes to the city of Tulum. *Beginning March 2024 various airlines will also have options to fly into the NEW Tulum airport which is approx 45-50 minutes away.
